When I did the timing belt, I put everything back correctly. But I notice oil leaks at the cover valves gasket so I took them off and reseal with some silicone gasket maker to temporary fix the leak. I also took off the gas line. When I put it back, air traps in there. The car start with whatever gas remain in the line up to the injectors and that is why when I press on the gas petal the engine stall. No more gas to the cylinders so no go. With the help of my dad and two gallons of gas added to the tank. Voila.. Started right up. Note to self: Always have at least half a tank of gas whenever a major job will be perform. Here is the picture of the old timing belt.

the cause of this is dirt migrate in and stuck onto the roller.

Surprise what else I found. Broken connectors and quick fix.
<img src="http://pictureposter.audiworld.com/51524/quick_fix_with_coat_hanger.jpg">
Also Change out the vacuum lines and PCV valve which make terrible hissing sound when engine under load.

I also change the transmission oil and filter. Here is a picture of my modified T-27 torx with 1/4 wrench to get the diffitult t-27 bolts out.
<img src="http://pictureposter.audiworld.com/51524/t-27_for_trans_pan.jpg">
I also modified the transmission fill plug with directional check valve by Swaglok (1/4")
<img src="http://pictureposter.audiworld.com/51524/modified_transmission_fill_plug.jpg">
After 7 quarts of oil fill into the pan
<img src="http://pictureposter.audiworld.com/51524/no_leak_after_7quarts_of_oil.jpg">
no oil leak to catch and cap it off with the cap.
After half an hour of driving city and high way up to 95mph. No tranmission oil leak. I will update on this progress as I will hate myself if the thing leak when I am traveling 75mph and 100 miles from home.

...the lower front timing cover clips were pinched inside and scored the belt and wasted the two idler bearings. I chalked it up to faulty tbelt job by PO's shop @ ~ 58k. Interesting on the dirt / roller concept. Oy.
Better to catch now than later tho I always say! EEEEK!
And your pic poster - love your actuator fix! Coat hangers is farfar more genius than my fishing line! Wish I could go back and do that (long story) but one of my metal brackets on top had the mounting plastic crust away into oblivion. I was just saying the other day how common busting them dogbones appears to be.
Kudos on the MacGuyver!
