In Europe, no....in US, yes
The S8 never came to the states in 1999 (pre facelift model)....in Europe, the 99 was the first year of the facelift model.....but come to think of it, I don't even think they produced a facelift S8 until MY 2000 in Europe.
The S8 came to the states in 2001-2003.

There are facelifted 99 s8 in Europe. I am interested in European model, isn't there any brake upgrades or something? Exactly the same as 2000?
