s8 rear rotor diameter and offset

Either 269 or 280mm x 22mm with 5/112 pattern....diameter might be stamped on the rotor, near lugnut holes.
Stock 18x8" 2001 S8 wheels have 48mm offset..the rotors have no offset spec that I can find.
