I've often pretended all my window trim was black, and then would consider matching the mirrors to that, but it's not happening.

ps. *NOTHING* is cooler than the satin aluminum trim on the RS6 - it's softer than a baby's **** and ohsoSEXY!!! Me likey me wanty. Maybe I'll scuff mine up someday heh heh...

...the pad slides down in the caliper. Then I hit the backing plates where I could see where the pistons left a circular impression. Lastly, I hit the tin retaining clip where the pins slide through, as well as the face of the clip where it touches the caliper / pad.

...getting a slight pad 'hang-up'on the right, was scuffing audibly at low speed and would go away with pedal pressure.
Scuffing gone now too. The boots were pretty gum'd up...

So much nicer! I especially like how much more light they let versus the original wheels. I told you it would look good :-). Now even more heads will turn when you roll down the road. Thanks for sharing the befores and afters...
