140K on my '97 tranny with no rebuild. Started changing fluid/filter at 80K.....

every ~30K miles. Tozo'ed TPS, as a slight hunt/thump some times but overall still acting very good. I think that the miles you get out of these trannys varies greatly.

Hmmm- so do you just accept the reality of doing a tranny rebuild every 100K?

I would recommend planning on it, and if you don't have to do it, you're ahead of the game.
