Selling S8, how do I set the price?

Re: Selling S8, how do I set the price?
Thanks for the lead.
I went to trucks.com and got their black book report. Cost = $1.75. The dealer today was quoting me a black book price which, according to this, would be about $4000 less. I'm glad I told him "no thanks".
An odd thing on the black book valuation: they give me a +$425 adjustment for low mileage if the condition is average, but NO adjustment if the condition is clean. ????
And although I recently drove a Phaeton (very nice) I will probably be looking elsewhere.

The milage allowance is less than the clean price though right? I think its already included/assumed in the "clean" category.
Good luck! The new S8 is supposed to be coming in the fall. The first Phaeton I drove was a V8, and while very nice wasn't sporty or powerful enough...the W12 on the other hand isn't as sporty but has lots of power. The new A8 W12 is also very nice...
