I called them and they said they would look at it but weren't "positive" they could fix it.
apparently there aren't any parts available except through the dealer/VDO network. Maybe they have fixed them since which would be great.
I sent mine to a place in Michigan and it was a total disaster. He had it over a month and 1/2 the gauges were broken when I got it back.
Not to say this would happen with these guys, I would ask if they have actually fixed this problem on an A8 cluster before.
It would be great if someone found a source to fix this problem.
