Default Should my hub wobble when I move it with my hand?

Is this a sign of a bad bearing?

Default You mean side to side? It should not wobble at all as far as I can tell, it should be solid....

Maybe loose nut on axel?

That sounds pretty scary to me. Are the bolts torqued?

or they were not properly tightened when they were installed.

are you sure it's not just the rotor wobbling on the hub? mine does that when the wheel is off.

Default is it just the hub? (caliper and rotor removed). If yes, then it's a bad bearing.

that's how I isolated mine. It should spin smoothly without any noise or play.

Default Thank you gentlemen. I guess my bearing's bad, my hub, rotorless and caliperless has a slight wobble

It's funny cause the car drives fine, no vibration or noise. Nevertheless I'll get it replaced, PEACE OF MIND'S sake.

Default If you you have play from the 12 and 6 o'clock position, it's your bearings.

If you have play from 9 and 3 o'clock position, it's your inner or outer tie rod that is loose.

Should be solid as a rock !! Replace bearing immediatly (and the other side too, always both sides).
