Ive heard that spraying silicone in the driver and passenger vents stops the rattle...........where can i get silicone spray to buy? I was told that his product was deemed "Environmentally unsafe" ans as a result isnt sold anymore. Any insights?

Just the other day I noticed a new rattle which sounds like it is coming from the a/c vents located in the center part of the dash. How annoying. Anyway I just came across this post and I am assuming this you are addressing the same problem here.

So, just spray some wd40 into the vents and problem solved? I find it hard to beleive, but will give it a "shot"

I had the same rattle. The dealer fixed it by putting a piece of tape between the vent and the dash. So far so good, no rattle.
