So, my sh*t broke again.
1; My water pump is leaking.
2; When I turn on the AC, I can hear a bearing noise from the passenger's side. I think it's my idler bearing for the clutch fan. Does anyone has a picture of the bearing?

From the water pump shaft or the face of the pump where it has the gasket?
Regardless, sounds like you are screwed.
I have the timing belt tools that you can use anytime.
I will be out of town all next week.
