diametrical thickness of the o-ring, and the -XXX defines the inside diameter of the o-ring. In order to get the correct o-ring, both parts of the part number is required. So, you would need 2 each 2-012 o-rings. Having said that, the 2- parts are the most common, and many suppliers may truncate the 2- off of the part number. Be careful to get o-rings made of a material compatible with HOT antifreeze.
