...who wants to trade me their ambers??? Must have been a facelift thang? I distinctly remember A8's having amber's (look red / blink amber, that is). D'oh. I never installed Euro corners in der UrS as they look wayway too pink for my liking. But the D2's nailed the look, and now I'm cheated out of them.
To quote a Russian a buddy on the S-List, I *hate* criminially indistinguishable DOT red indicators. I was sorta giddy about getting ambers in der //S8 - only to get home and look out back with displeasure.

Bueller? C'mon, ya's knows ya's wants to trades me (Jedi Mind Trick). You know you like them... go with that facelifted look. Or in this case would it more be an asslift? Uh, anywayz...

but i drove in a 1999 facelift A8 ( 2.5 TDI) in Portugal a couple of weeks ago, and they do have amber blinkers in Europe. Was just looking at Wotan.de for replacements.
