Just bought a 99 A8 4.2L. Neither power headrest works. The power steering wheel always telescopes, but only intermittently adjust up and down. The cruise control does not work. The heated seats on the left side of the vehicle don't work; nor does the heated steering wheel. And the passenger side mirror doesn't heat. Did not get an owner's manual (one is on order from Audi now). Where is the fuse box on this car? How can I fix these things. Thanks!

The headrests always fail in these cars. Can you hear the motors running? It's usually a drive cable problem. Here's a procedure that works, you won't find in any manual:

If it's the same fuse location as in 2000 and up, it's in a panel next the passenger's right ankle. Twist **** there to remove cover...five rows of fuses there and should be a guide to the fuses in the panel(?)

If the other problems are not blown fuses, might want get a Bentley manual on CD rom...well worth it.
