I have a pretty strong belief these will also fit your A8's.
The wheels are 9" by 19" with a 41 mm offset. The tires are Pirelli PZero Asimmetricos size 275 40 19.
I got this set of take-offs from a 2005 Bentley GT coupe for $1,500 for four. I actually got five so I'd have a matching spare. The tires had less than a hundred miles on them. Total bill came to $1,875 plus shipping. The set included the Bentley "B" logos. I think standard Audi logo caps will fit, but the chrome trim that spells out "Bentley Motors" might have to stay on. I'm looking at that now.
There's always a bunch of them on ebay motors.

These are 0.66 inches larger than the stock Phaeton and they fit. There may be room in the A8 well but I never have taken a close look. If it's really a full inch, it probably won't fit because the Phaeton just barely makes it at 1 inch. These tires correct some of the speedo error. 2 percent.

Audipages is your friend. Note in the table that 275/40-18 is the correct diameter. 275/40-19 is, of course, exactly 1" larger.
I'm also positive it won't fit in the spare tire well. My 255/35-20 is a perfect but max fit at only 0.3" larger.

A8/S8 Tire Options

The spare tire well issue is important to me also. I discovered a 255 50 18 would fit in the P car spare tire well but you would need to reroute a wiring harnass, it's that tight.
