Spindle bolt that holds steering rack to sindle broken. I'm open for solutions.

you're right, there's a head on one side and a nut on the other.
Do you have air tools? I've had pretty good luck with an air hammer and it looks like you have a little bit of a recess to center it.
I would soak it like crazy with PB Blaster, don't use WD-40. Worst case, you'll have to drill it out. Not fun but doable.

always use new nuts and bolts when doing these kind of jobs because of metal fatigue.
Also use the correct torque to fasten them and never overtighten.
The forces inflicted on suspension-parts are tremendous.
I saw these bolts come out bent, more than once.
