Squeaky '01 S8 brakes - again!!

Had squeal on the rear during backing up; rotors were glazed and needed machining. Long gone. (m)
Front ones used to squeal very minimally. Have since replaced OEM pads with EBC Greens. There's slightly more squeal than OEM but only during first application of brakes at light pressure. When pressing a bit harder the noise is gone.
(Later in the year I'll go with Zimmerman or other cross-drilled rotors front and rear, and perhaps higher-friction pads, and observe how stopping power improves, but as Randy said, the S8's brakes are pathetic for a car of this size and performance specs!)
