Squeaky heater blower fan

So I have noticed that my little "squeaker" is back - the blower fan squeaks only under certain temps, it seems - or maybe it's just when the heater is on, I don't know.

How can I lube it up? Does the whole dash have to come out, or can I access it an easier way ...

Replace it- bearings are going. Here's how....
