Default Steering arm bleeding fluid.

Driver's side steering arm. There's an accordion-like rubber cover around the steering arm. It's bleeding fluid like crazy, almost as fast as I can put it in.
What's gonna be the damage? Is this something I can fix?
I don't think so. I looks like it's way deep in there by the firewall.
Advice please and thank you.

Default

that's PS rack leaking. Are you low on PS fluid/any noise? Not much you can do but replace it.

Default Yeah, I just looked it up on the famous audipages...

I'm just wondering if I can tackle the job and is it worth saving the money. I'm wondering how much my tech would charge?
