Steering wheel wobbles back and forth slightly at low sppeds 30-40.

Bent rim maybe? Tire out of round or upper control arms?
Input, please before I go tearing up and swapping stuff which I'll probably end up doing anyway.

get it up in a rack and inspect it. could be lots of things, some minor, some dangerous.

better check the lugs before you get too carried away though.
