After finally getting my car back from the shop after 5 weeks...
So I had very heavy vibration after I installed my 19" HP Design EVO wheels on Khumo tires. Was told I needed hub centric rings. HP Design said the wheels were 73.2 and the Audi is 57.1.
Nowhere had 73.2 and everyone said 73 works well. I bought a set from Matt at Auto Addictions as recommended. He said metal was a waste of money and to try the plastic first. Goodyear where I had the tires installed put them on for free.
Driving around at low speeds is absolutely fine. I hit 60 MPH and up and the vibration starts... Any ideas?

I have the same situation with my car, I have 18" RS6 style Rondell wheels with plastic rings....exactly the same problem at the same speed !! Very very frustrating.
