Strange behaviour in transmission
My 4-speed tiptronic feels sometimes 6 or 7 speed trans!? It "shifts" many times step by step when i´m accelerating softly. It drops rpm`s six times (sometimes, not always) and that`s not right!! Any idea`s? Could brake light switch do that if it`s broke??

Possible F125 switch problem
Search on F125 switch and the issues. This seems to be very similar to a symptom. You can buy one from ECStuning.com

If you can get it then you can log and check output functions
email me for info or send me the logs and Ill look to see what if anything shows up.
You can check the F125 and solenoid actuation and also electrical currents and more via Vag

I have the same exact problem. I waiting to install the TPS, Ill let you know if it works..Look at m
