Like many of us I get that annoying skeeeech from my power steering when it's very cold. It goes away after 30 seconds or when the weather is over 30 degrees F. But this noise just stared yesterday. With the car idling or driving down the road I can here a slight hissing/sucking sound coming from the steering column area. It only makes the noise when there is no left or right turn tension on the wheel. It goes away when there is turn tension on the wheel. I lifted the hood to look for leaks, fluid level... no leaks, level is good. Noise is most prevelant near the firewall. Any ideas....?

make sure the wire screen filter is clean. See the Audipages procedure.....<ul><li><a href="http://www.audipages.com/Tech_Articles/susp_whls_brake_steer/psflush.html">HERE</a></li></ul>
