Strut tower brace project...boy do I feel left out! My A8 doesn't even have the holes for the brace

This inserts between the master cylinder and the bar connecting a8drifter's slick brackets. [See <A HREF="https://forums.audiworld.com/a8/msgs/38595.phtml">Chapter 8</a> for background.] Nothing "locks" the block in place except a bit of pressure from the end of the M/C. The shallow cut in the upper right of the drawing only allows room for the plastic cover to fit back around the M/C.
Only a few of the dimensions are critical,
1. The height of the slot for the bar needs to be precise to avoid slop up or down: 0.80"
2. The distance between the back of the slot for the bar and the cut at 33 degrees maintains pressure on the M/C: 0.81" and 0.55"
