Stuck rear parking brake - Repair Caliper??

I've been in the habit of not using the parking brake because it gets stuck on. During a recent brake pad change, I confirmed that the cable was free and the slide pins are clean and well lubricated. I'm assuming there is some internal mechanism that is gummed up inside the rear calipers. Has anyone been able to repair the rear calipers short of replacement with rebuilts?
Anyone know of a good price for rebuilt rears or a rebuild kit? My parking garage at work (NYC) occasionally leaves it on a ramp in Park, and I just cringe thinking of the possibility of the tranny getting damaged.
Normally I would just drop the coin for rebuilt calipers, but I'm also due for a TB/H2O job $$ (Bruno's in Queens) and all new control arms including (as Paul previously predicted when I did the outer tie-rod ends) the inner tie rods (in the driveway). Arrrrrrgh.
Regards,
Brian C.

I think Napa carries a kit for them, I had the same issue, ended up pulling the calipers off, cleaning everything and reassembling, worked fine. I think Autozone can special order rebuilt calipers, they are pretty inexpensive.

kits I found were just dust boot and piston seals but no seal for the parking brake lever. I took the e-brake internal mechanism completely apart and cleaned it. I thought it was kind of a pain to that, although the caliper/piston part is easy. It all works fine so far. Anyone please advise if they access kits with the e-brake shaft seal included.
