Default stumped

since my control arm and shocks changed I have a slight rattle in the frontend but only when driving slow. the CV joints are fine and don't seem to be the issue. the shocks I took out again to check the strut mounts and tighten. they are fine and the strut mounts are brand new.. I can't find out where is is coming from.. I checked every bolt, nut, control arm, but they are all within spec. everything is greased when I put it together.. has anyone else noticed this? looking for more ideas. It sounds like a loose strut but they are tight. happens when I turn and/or hit bumps but only when driving slow. below 20mph and never everytime does it make noise. the anti sway bar seems tight and new links on them too. car drives fine

Default Had a similar problem

This is when I did all the control arms and shocks on my buddies car, brought it over to the alignment shop, they torque everything again and aligned it, went away.

Basically they told me I suck at doing the work! ;-)
