If I remember correctly, the C-bus uses the round DIN cable . You could probably get the
main functions to work, play, track skip, stop etc. I doubt the two can be fully integrated though. The C-bus cable has been out of the model line for a couple of years now, so I wouldn't do surgery on it yet. It would be a bitch to find a new one cheap. Clarion still sells it though; like $120-. Study both schematics first.

Oh so ZF and Audi lied when they said it was lifetime fluid..
I didnt design the damn car.. i had to literally FORCE my dealer to do the tranny change... i know more about the car then the damn service manager and mechanics there.. but im just the customer what do i know.. when they say lifetime fluid why should i question it? I use the term when the ****ty dealer tells me that the center differential shares the same fluid and that a leak in the center diff will leak tranny fluid. Thats funny i think you know that answer to that.

Probably more than anyone else at least in the US, I encourage A8/S8 owners to actually put the performance capabilities of their cars to use (for better or worse). You can find two of my write-ups on audipages <A HREF="http://www.audipages.com/on_track.html">On Track</a>.
If you do an Audiworld search for Mid-Ohio, Grattan, or Road America, you'll see what we've done with the A8/S8 on track. In 2003, more A8/S8 owners attended the ACCNA event at Grattan than anywhere else, with a total headcount of four. This year, I expect you'll see the best showing at Mid-Ohio, with Road America in Sept probably a close second.
Anyway, this is the reason I suggested Mid-Ohio. If you've got access to an A8/S8 with you kit running in the Northeast, it would undoubtedly get more exposure running at Mid-Ohio than anywhere else. The track is probably an 8 hr drive from NJ.

It's been too long ago for me to remember the names of people. If I get bored with working on one of my side projects I'll do a search assuming those posts haven't been removed from AW.
All I'm asking you to do is prove beyond any doubt that your kits exist, w/out showing pictures that have already been seen. I want someone we can all trust to shoot some video of the car(s), with the SC installed and operating, i.e. going from the car w/hood up showing the SC to driving the car w/out stopping the camera. Actual dyno sheets, nothing computer gen'd. Simple as that.

Hm, no ability? Then why will I be receiving the BSE I earned in ME/AE in May? And why do I know how to use CNC and NC machines, various design and analysis packages, etc? Even going to start working on getting my PE, which takes two full-day exams and five years of working in the field. I take the first exam in April.
