Supersprint Exhaust goes on today!

Well, I've had it forever, finally it goes on the car today!!! I'll try and post a sound wave ASAP! It lookms fantastic! The muffler is different from PaulW so, I'll post pics when I can. Thanks for the help Paul and of course pointing me in this direction.

Did you get all 3 pieces? I have mid-muffler here (got on eBay) and the frt x-over and rear muffler on order :-) Those items should be here in a few weeks then I will install and post some pic's too!

No X pipe, not really interested at this point, but I do have the resonator and the muffler. I have a 1998 that has the infamous bump, so, fabrication in my area seems to be very expensive, so, until I find a better deal, no X pipe. I'm just having the exhaust installed and the rear seal replaced that is leaking a bit!

In that order. I really don't expect HP to increase too much. If power increases by 10hp we will be lucky! Has anyone seen dyno results stock vs. Supersprint ??

I agree, Looks and a little sound for starters, anything else is really gravy! In any case that you let a motor breathe better, be it on the intake or the exhaust, most of the time there will be some positive effects. I'm not sure if it will be in horsepower gains, but I'm definately hoping for gas mileage increase, maybe throttle response, maybe low end torque? I'll let you know!

Though I doubt I caught the absolute peak, on track at Mid-Ohio I measured 216 g/sec on Paul's A8 with his Supersprint system and 253 g/sec on my stock S8.
After the X-pipe install to his custom dual exhaust, Sven measured 293 g/sec on his S8.
