Default Suspension question... control arms..

I am replacing the shocks on the car with the bilstein upgrades mentioned previousley a few pages down. However i noticed my control arm bushings are going.. i can get the heavy duty steel arms or the aluminum... what are the differenced besided the obvious.. and which is better... thanks! I hope do do all this by the weekend.. then i work on my own verion of the bat switch thanks Paul.

Default aluminium is better, go with that if you can.

iirc, you should have aluminium as the oem fitting?
