Default IIRC, it's the self-leveling function of the xenon lights.
I got this warning once for no apparent reason. Seems to have fixed itself. 8^)

Default If that's the case.....
....you need the vag-com software to talk to the unit and pull the fault codes.....I retrofitted xenons to my car, but don't have self levelers in them....

I got 01539 fault code - Headlight not adjusted. I tried to clear it a few times but did not work. Somehow, it cleared.

Oh,well...

Default it s the dynamic range control unit
signalling a fault. you can adapt it using vag-com, but the fault might be one of the senders....
