Theoretically, if you lock yourseld out, how would you get back in?

everything. Even the small triangle windows in back are more involved than a windshield.
Get a non fob key as KYNZ states. I have mine wire tied to the undercarriage area and out of sight.

1) Insert a very small, very thin nylon wedge between the back of the driver's side front door and the B pillar.
2) Once it's opened up about 2mm, insert a small airbag (like the kind rescue crews use to lift cars off of people, only tiny...it has a blood-pressure-cuff bulb attached to inflate it).
3) Once it's opened up about 3/8 inch, insert a bent rod and trip the door lock.
Yes, this will set off the alarm and immobilize the car, but that's obviously cleared by pushing the fob's unlock button.
No permanent warping of the door occurred.
