They cant be serious...
I brought the car in for the oil leak.. I should make a write up like randy did for his brakes, mine would be about 10-11 chapters long. The cleaned the engine, then told me that there is no oil leak. Well how come they had to clean the engine again? The did it when they fixed the other one and i had a river of oil comming down the back of the engine. and i quote "Jack are you sure its leaking? I had my netire staff look and they cand find what you are talking about." Well i guess the 1/2 inch wide stream that came from above and followed the tranny wires down to the front axle shaft and then dripped onto the ground.
I mean I stuck my hand up there and it was covered in oil. Am i missing something? So i told him do not touch the car i will be there @ 9AM..
Oh and they took 3 days to tell me that there was nothing wrong with the car. Right..

Maybe the fairies came by
And fixed it...
They resceduled my tranny appointment three times, I waited over a month, brought the car the day before (at least they know it needs to be cool) and when I come pick it up they tell me they haven't done it since there was one seal not in stock... (Why check before right?)
The rest of the phone install (a warranty thing) is on hold since april. They haven't done that either, since it was 'difficult' to extend a wire. Cradle and antenna lead are living in a plastic bag.
The service - which was done - ended up costing €800 instead of the quoted €500. I was charged for a screen washer refill, whilst I specifically told them them not to touch it (I have my own washer fluid). I even wrote it down TWICE. Once for the desk manager, once in the car for the mechanic. Reply on my question why: "they only added water". I mean WTF? Bill me for water I don't want?
I was happy to see my K&N filter was still in place.
And I'm still waiting for the phonecall about the new appointment and the revised bill. I bet I'll probably get a reminder from the accounting dept. instead.

Very nice...
Its not brighter.. however the IR reflective glass eliminates a great deal of glare. When i used the high beams i can see the actual outline of the L shaped housing.. with the others its kind of blurred out. I see a big difference, however to the "non enthusiast" its a waste of 60 bucks. I think its worth it. 200% more lumens output.

Tell me about it.... Man do I need a garage!
Don't get me wrong, it couldn't have happened to a nicer guy, but I do envy you sitting in that huge garage... ;-)
The space, all the nice tools... hmmm!

Re: What's that KaMa?
The IR reflective glass focuses the Infrared emissions back at the element, causing it to burn brighter and whiter without using any more electrisity.
