Default I think, that you are going to have a problem with these.

The rim is not tapered towards the inner edge, so it will fill up with water, snow, ice, dirt and it will give you bad balancing problems. The centrifugal force will keep dirt in that wide groove.

Default First, we assemble a posse, ride out, and kill them all...

...then you call your VISA company and put the charge in dispute, and send those wheels back to the emaciated widows of the now deceased crackheads who built them.

Get longer mechanical valve stems.They make them for those types of vehicles.

Default Fong Lin (iForged) official response

"Custom forged 2 piece wheel has valve stem inside.
You can check with other custom 2 piece forged wheel manufactures.
We have produced and sold significant number of these wheels for the past four years; Yours is NOT the first set nor the first hundred set.
Please consult with your credit card company and have your counsel contact me.
Sincerely,
Fong "

...and so it will go. I believe Visa will see it my way and if not the court:/ It would be quite funny if not such a hassle.

Well, I guess if the wheels were off the car when the tires are initially mounted, it will be ok.

Default I can't really tell from the pics, but ...

Here's that same issue with R-series HRE's. There's no problem with the 545 (1st pic), but the 545R (2nd pic) has the recess that holds water.

<img src="http://images2.hrewheels.com/wheels/images/enlarge/enlarge-545.jpg">

<img src="http://images2.hrewheels.com/wheels/images/enlarge/enlarge-545r.jpg">

Is the valve stem on the iForfged in a similar recess? If so, it's another reason to get rid of the wheels. In the rain, vibration can be so bad that the car is undriveable.
