Hey Potsie,
Nice Wheels!
What is your take on tinting with regards to nightime visibility.
Is there a huge difference between 20 and 30%?
4 days and counting.( i hope!)

I've had no problem with visibility at night. I did speak with a cop buddy of mine who said...
that I should be fine (knock on wood) 'cus of the vehicle that I'm driving. He said that they mostly pull over those street racer imports with the totally obnoxious exhaust and cowlings that skim the pavement usually 'cus they are layin' tread or doing something else careless, and that's when they slap them with the, "Did you know your window tinting is illegal?"
I like the 20%. My buddy's SL55 has 35% and he said that he is going to change it now that he saw mine.

DID SL55 CHANGE BECAUSE OF THE BETTER LOOK, OR DID HE HAVE PROBLEMS WITH THE TINT?

anyone have any legal problems with a tint job on an A8? ...
I know the civics get more trouble with the cops, but any A8's get nabed? In vermont it is not legal to put tint on the driver and pasenger windows, but I think it looks really good to have it match all around. I am just not sure if it is worth the risk if we get taged much. Anyone think it might pass as factory if all the windows except the windshield matched?
