Default The pressure in one of your tires has dropped below a threshold point

It sounds like the pressures in all your tires have dropped below a threshold pressure. To fix this on an 04 A8L, fill your tires to the correct pressure, then there is a setting in the MMI->car->systems->tire pressures; that will re-zero the normal pressures for the tires. The tire pressures will then turn green (fairly quickly).

I'd guess that the original zero point pressures were relatively high, and over time the pressure has decreased to a point where the monitoring system is giving you this warning. Fill, reset, and you'll be good to go.
