i Want to know if my transmission's Torque Converter is faulty because as my guess there is something wrong specially when i am in third gear but when i scan it this code is appearing sometime Torque Converter/Brake Switch B Circuit Malfunction .
Can you advise if i should change the brake switch or this does nothing to do with my problem ?

The brake switch code comes up if you start the car without pressing the brake. Clear the codes, hold the brake when start the car and drive it to see what code comes back.
