Not in milwaukee, but I want to tow a trailer to Milwaukee from Mpls. I can't get anyone to agree to custom fab one. It can't be rocket science but they say they don't want the liability. I tell them I'll sign a release if I can inspect the fab while under way. Maybe they just don't like me. Someone out there has to like me!

Any competent welder can simply make one for you. I made my own in my garage.....
....starting with a class III Chevy pickup hitch that I got on Craigslist for $20. If they whine about liability, you just need to find a guy that was from an earlier generation.

here's a word of advice - (especially in Minnneapolis) post a wanted ad on craigslist for someone to make you a custom hitch for your car. Craigslist has amazing results. You'll most likely find someone to make one for you within a week of your post.
