So I took the valve body to Suburban Welding and they took care of it. Very nice welding job and it was only $ 35. I need to figure out ,how to put more picture in one post. The surface was not even so I put it in the mill machine and resurfaced the whole thing. Finally I put my transmission together and it still not good. It does the same thing. I made a mistake. Over the weekend I was so busy to look for the part, I forgot to test the valves. So I will take the whole thing apart again. I am 99% sure that something wrong with the valve body. If I go like 30 mph in 2nd gear the rpm is going up and down, it feels like it doesn't have continuous oil pressure for the clutch. The transmission speed does not mach with the vehicle speed so the computer puts it into limp mode to protect the transmission. This is what I think at this point. Looks like I have to put some wing nuts on the oil pan, so I can do a transmission tune up any time any place.

http://pictureposter.audiworld.com/80919/dscn1070.jpg</a

You should do dye penetrant testing of the manifold if you are taking it out again and make sure there are no more cracks.....
Too bad it didn't work the first time, checking the valves is a good idea.
Good luck!
