Transmission controller prototype, hunting gone.
Take an A8 with a non-Tip shift.
Add a circuit (right side of ECM/TCM electronics box).
Automatic tiptronic control.
Adding Tip function and changing the down shift and up shift points removes the hunting issue.
Video. Circuit was on the passenger seat for tweaking.
