Transmission out of Limp Mode - After Three Weeks!

Transmission in limp mode
My 97 A8 transmission went into lipm mode, I just had the dealer change the filter and fluid 1000 miles ago.
I can make it shift into all gears as long as I do not drive it hard or brake hard. Also engine and ABS lights came on anu thoughts..?
