Trunk license plate housing lose. Any ideas on how to tighten ?

Default Trunk license plate housing lose. Any ideas on how to tighten ?
The housing on my trunk where the license plate is (not a bracket) is loose and I don't see any screws/bolts to tighten. Any thoughts ?
