Is Audi the only ones who can deal with the body damage on these cars?

I have a brake pad wear indicator, the pads are changed and hooked up. Why is the light still on?

When I apply the brakes there is pulsing which is way too noticeable. Any ideas?

My steering wheel is ****-eyed, off center. How do I adjust it?

When I was driving, when the brakes were applied a noise came from the back. It sounds like the horn when you lock the car, but happens when braking. Any thoughts?

Are these cars supposed to roll back like 5 inches when placed into park?

Where can I buy the belly pan? I think that is what it is called. The cover under the front of the car.

1.I have just bought a 2001 A8 with 81000 miles. How can I tell if the timing belt has been changed? What maintenance do you guys recommend doing?

2. I have a worn brake pad indicator. Is there any way to tell which pads are worn?

3.Where can I get a single cup holder insert? Where can I get The plastic lug covers?

4. The manual shows a tire pressure monitoring system. I do not have the option in the menu. I guess my car doesn't have it, if it did would there be a tire pressure option in the menu?

5. Is there anyway to fix a jammed headrest motor? Do the l7umbar supports move up and down alot? My front seat lumbars don't. How can I fix it?

6. Does the steering wheel heat work when it is 70 outside or does it have to be below a specific temperature? Is there a write up on how to replace the heated steering wheel element?

7. Here is some detective work. I cannot figure out what this is. I'm guessing it is an after market radar detector. They are illegal in VA so it is kinda hard to find out if it is or isn't. When I turn it on it has a red light in the dash and makes a series of beeps from the right and left side.

8. Last question, what is that extra cord for in the pic? It is paired up with the wire that goes to what I believe is the radar detector.

The belt probably has not been changed unless the thermo failed, because it isn't due. Pop the three clips on the driver side plastic cam cover and see how the belt looks. And water pump.

The heated wheels fail all the time, not worth fixing in the VA climate in my opinion. I think there is a thermostat in the system, though.

Ditto lumbar, headrest unless uncomfortable. Power, switch, connectors/wiring, motor and linkages are the troubleshooting basics.

Don't recognize the gizmo. It does not look like an antenna or waveguide to me, perhaps one plugged into it, but I'm not an RF engineer.

and since both are illegal in your state, I'd turn it off. You don't have TPMS, and the heated steering wheel isn't worth the trouble or cost to fix. Try setting the e-brake after the car is stopped but before you take your foot off the brake, which will keep the car from rolling and take some stress off the transmission.
