Its been a few hundred miles on this set up and i am very impressed.
Pros:I did not get any pedal improvement but i must say that i have to put much less effort into stopping the car. Brake fade is gone, when i am on the way to Jersey city and hit NJ Turnpike traffic at 80 mph and need to slow down to 5! I have absolutle silence in warm or cold situations.
I COVERED the back of the pad in silicon brake gel to help as much as possible.
Cons:The bads are a bit dusty, but i bought them for stopping power, i can always clean the rims.

Just out of curiousity did you notice a ride improvement from the reduced unspring weight. I must admit, I didn't with my S8's 2-piece rotors, but at the time I really wasn't paying much attention to ride quality.
And glad you're pleased with the Ferodo's :-)

1. Handling -- Less unsprung weight means that the springs and shocks can more easily keep the tire in uniform contact the track.
2. Acceleration -- The rotor acts like a flywheel, and less spinning weight means less HP is wasted spinning the rotor instead of accelerating the car.
Here's what we do to reduce rotor weight on our race car ...
