Use Bentley manual on a Mac?

Wondring if there is any way to use Bentley Manual on a Mac. I did have parellels at one stage but with windows 7 which does not work according to Blauparts

Even my stilly little netbook was upgraded to windows 7!

Any way to rip it to a PDF? How about a good old book!?
