VAG COM printout. Transmission and Engine faults

Can anyone help with the following codes and whether i need to do anything? The first fault is in the engine module, the second in the transmission module

In addition to these whilst viewing group 21 on the engine module i see "a/c low". does this mean i need the a/c recharging?

hi there,
it does appear again after its been cleared and I read that a dirty connection to the ecu could be the cause. Can i safely remove the cover (just inside the hood near the windscreen), remove the wires and clean them up? i don't want to reset anything irreversible by disconnecting the power supply to the ecu.
