Tracking this thread, as I have the same problem.
My vibration is usually at 35-40mph, but my misfire is at 2100rpms in 5th gear (~72mph). Consistently on bank 2 (cyl 5-8, but mostly on cylinders 7 and 8).
I've moved coilpacks, injectors, new o-rings on injectors, terraclean/motovac twice, swapped ignition control modules, checked timing, and probably one other thing. We're seeing the cams on that bank out of sync, so we're thinking that the cam chain tensioners might be tired.
