Water In HAVC after Rain

After strong rains I get water in my HVAC vents. I have recently pulled the pannels on the trans tunnel and blown out the drain vents with compressed air and cleaned out the drains near the front shock towers to no avail
During the most recent storm ended up with more water. It appears almost the water is draining right into the HAVC intake under the hood.
Any suggestions?

Another discussion about this. Please read post #6 carefully...the way I cleaned mine out...plus a note about an Audi design flaw (up through 2001) that may still allow water into interior tunnel while parked during hard rains, even with clean drains:

You didn't mention the #1 culprit...the main large plenum drain, hidden under the HVAC intake box under the hood. Here's one version of cleaning it out:
