well I still don't have my 4th peice of the PIE.. Fed ex lost it
I hope to hear from them next week again.. If nothing is found after that I will have to try to fight to get the money.. The shipper (ebay) does not respond to my emails. Any ideas? I figure since I paid pay pal maybe I can open a case with then and also open a case with ebay. Fed ex says they send the shipper the credit it wheel is lost and I have to try to get to back from him. Since he has not respond to my emails I think if he gets the money he will keep it and run. Got to love people don't yea.... AHOLE.. I just hope he is not a member on here, that would be sad..

I'd open a case with PayPal. It's a pain in the butt, but it works.
I've been screwed by a couple of eBay sellers and used PayPal's dispute resolution process. They don't make it easy, and you have to be persistent, but in the end you should get a favourable result. Especially since your guy is uncommunicative - PayPal will try to contact him, and if he doesn't respond, they'll find in your favour by default. Good luck.
