As an 02 S8 owner with similar miles, I'm shocked at the low asking price. Guess I'll drive mine until the wheels come off.

If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.

After looking at a few S8's locally, I realized I wanted to see the car I was going to buy before I bought it.

And I did and got a very cherry one indeed!

I looked at that. I passed as I consider a used car dealer who advertises weekly/biweekly payments as about the lowest rung in the business... Could be a good deal, could be a freaking nightmare. If I was local, I would look it over and take it to a dealer for a looksee...

I've got my eye on two 01s right now...

I wouldn't buy an S8 from a Mazda sales outfit; others would. Usually you get what you pay for.

Wasn't there a Connecticut-located contributor to this forum who had a Burgundy S8? If it's the same car he said several months ago he was going to trade it in, maybe it went to auction?
