what is the INLET that is on the front passenger side of the radiator??

what is the INLET that is on the front passenger side of the radiator??
is that the inlet for the AC unit HIGH side or is that the LOW side??? it has a cap on it, unscrew it and it looks like where the can of feron would attach.
because i thought the LOW side was up by the driver side firewall, underneath the black plastic grill.

It's the high side
That is the side that the AC should be charged from, but first you evacuate the system, then recharge it with 800 grams as I recall. All with the engine off.
