Guess preferences in colors and combinations will vary a lot from place to place.
Here in Norway the Ecrue interior (light) is most popular, in Germany my impression is that they like darker interior better.
Most popular exterior colors are mostly the same, Ebony black, Ming blue, Silver sea, Emerald green and Racing green/Classic green. In that order I believe, but I wouldn't want to bet on it.
Least popular are white and red. Impossible to get rid of.
I heard Luciano Pavarotti had a bright red one with creme leather interior.
The King of Norway has an 2000 A8L, Ming blue with ecrue interior. Tasty!

Just picked up my S8 in Light Silver on a Platinum (Grey) Leather - classic color for this car and the ultimate if you ask me....
